Fixes #84

Summary

johnw asked whether we're actually using RimWorld as the blueprint. This PR adds an honest audit.

  • docs/RIMWORLD_PARITY.md covers time/speed, needs, mood, colonists, building, food, health, storyteller, combat, animals, prisoners, rooms and research. Each row gives RimWorld's real values (rimworldwiki), ours, a status, and the fix.
  • Key finding: pawns move and work at roughly RimWorld's 1× real speed, but our day runs about 10× faster than RimWorld's 1× day. Colonists get about a tenth of a RimWorld day's work done per day, which is why everything feels rushed. The doc lays out base-speed options for a fixed MMO speed.
  • Ordered gap-closing plan: base speed → fire/roofs/materials → food → colonist depth → mood tiers → storyteller → social → combat → animals → quality/research.
  • AGENTS.md: a new "RimWorld Is the Blueprint" rule pointing agents at the doc.

Docs only. No code changes.

docs/RIMWORLD_PARITY.md compares every system with vanilla RimWorld's real
mechanics and numbers (rimworldwiki), marks matches/gaps, and orders the
work to close them. AGENTS.md now points agents at it before designing or
tuning a system.
