johnw chose exact RimWorld 1x as the fixed MMO base speed. Re-derive needs/rest/recreation/mood per day from RimWorld values; Cassandra-like raid opening.
Handoff: shipped in PR #87 and deployed. DAY_TICKS=10000 (RimWorld 1x, 16m40s/day). Needs, rest, recreation and mood are per-day RimWorld values spread with perTickShare (sim-core/src/survival.ts); content/needs.json now uses decayPerDayBp/baseRestorePerDayBp. TIME_SCALE=50 gates world-paced systems at their old per-day balance. Raids: first ~day 5, then every 6-10 days. Next, per docs/RIMWORLD_PARITY.md §14: fire/roofs/materials, then the food overhaul (crop roster and growth days, plant rest, meal tiers, food poisoning). Caveats: sim tests are slower (~70 s suite, testTimeout 180 s). Existing colonies' stored cooldowns are in old raw ticks.
