Fixes #30. Resolves research UI activation, tick delta state replication, and introduces 4 MMO gameplay horizons: Planetary Shortwave Radio Transceiver, Silver Order-Book Market Board, Player Alliances & Drop Pod Military Reinforcements, and Planetary Ancient Danger Ruins with World Events.
